Kitchen
A full eat-in kitchen is available for guests to use to cook meals and is stocked with dishes, glasses, pots, pans, utensils, toaster, coffee pot and built in microwave. Even though meals are not served, Coffee, Tea and Hot Chocolate will be available for guests. Food should be stored in the refrigerator or kitchen and marked with a name and date. Guests should clean up the kitchen and put away dishes, etc away after use. Recycling of glass, aluminum, paper and plastic is encouraged and receptacles are available in the laundry room.
Living room
The living room with cable TV is off of the kitchen and includes tables for extra seating for meals. There are also extra seating spaces for watching TV.
Media room
The media room has several seating areas, a bar and a big screen cable TV. A half bath is conveniently located next to the media room.
Two porches and a courtyard. In addition to the inside space, there is a front porch, a glassed year round porch upstairs and a private courtyard for guests to enjoying reading, visiting or relaxing.
Environment
The Inn is air conditioned and has WiFi access and is a Smoke Free environment. You are welcome to smoke on the outside front porch or in the court yard. There are no exceptions to this policy. Small pets are allowed for an additional $10 per night and must be confined when left alone. Non-compliance to either policy will result in a minimum $100 cleaning charge.

• Call for reservations during hours you wouldn't mind being called. We do not have 24 hour coverage. If we do not answer, please leave a message or email us.
• Make reservations as early as possible. We have just 7 rooms. Depending upon the time the year, special events or other conditions, rooms in our area are often fully booked.
• Please let us know your approximate arrival time. If this changes, we would appreciate a call. We look forward to your visit and want to be sure to greet you warmly when you arrive.
